Service Description
Authenticity is a key quality for a thriving and fulfilling life. Certain skills can help us move towards a more authentic life. We offer an experiential learning habit-building series to help you develop an awareness of your ability to be present in the here and now, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and equip yourself with skills to thrive. This habit-building session on mindfulness is the first of this series and aims to briefly introduce the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of mindfulness skills and explain the 'States of Mind’ that will contribute to having a more authentic and fulfilling life. You will have an opportunity to participate in a mindfulness practice guided by your instructor. Come and join us to start your journey towards authenticity.
